Management Team

Ben Adams
Vice President, Digital & Innovation North America at Rexel
Ben Adams is responsible for leading the development of digital platforms across North America through web, mobile, and emerging channels.

Ben joined Rexel via acquisition in 2012 as the Global Mobility and Digital Innovation Director. Prior to joining Rexel, Ben began his career at Platt Electric, where he held numerous roles. Over the course of his tenure he led procurement, business intelligence, operations, business simplification and more recently digital strategy and marketing.

During his career, he pioneered the production and launch of Platt’s digital team and sites, transforming the traditional brick and mortar company to an industry leading online B2B business.

LouAnne Annino
CIO
Lou-Anne Annino is responsible for aligning the Information systems strategy with the business priorities across the US Zone. In this role, Lou-Anne is accountable for the management of all information, applications, and software packages utilized by the business. The mission of the IT department at Rexel is to help the business grow, get productivity and competitive advantage. Our focus is on improving and simplifying the internal and external customer experience. Nigel Saldanha, VP Global IT Operations & Infrastructure, is partnered with Lou-Anne and is responsible for our technical infrastructure strategy, as well as the overall management of our technical environment including network, datacenters, phones, and PC equipment.

Prior to assuming her current position in Rexel Holdings USA, Ms. Annino held a number of roles including Vice President of Pricing & eCommerce and Vice President of Sourcing for Gexpro. Ms. Annino is a certified 6-sigma Master Black belt and also held several key positions in the Information Technology department after completing the GE Information Systems Leadership Program.

A graduate of Fairfield University with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science, Ms. Annino also participated in several industry standards committees and was a Board Member for IDEA, and the Customer Advisory Board for Epicor.

Jeff Baker
President and CEO of Rexel C&I and Platt Electric Supply 
Jeff Baker is responsible for two Rexel banners in the US. Rexel C&I and Platt Electric Supply. Jeff joined Platt in January of 2007 and was President at the time of its acquisition by Rexel in the summer of 2012. The Rexel C&I responsibilities were added in early 2016.

Prior to Joining Platt, Jeff was the CEO of Poorman-Douglas Corporation, a professional services company serving the US Courts on complex litigations and bankruptcies.

Jeff earned a B.A in Business administration (Accounting) from Washington State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Currently Jeff is a member of the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute Advisory Council and the Rexel Foundation’s Executive Committee.

Robert H. Connors
Senior Vice President and General Manager- Services
Bob Connors is responsible for global sales and operations of Rexel Holdings USA’s Services business, a global Supply Chain Management services provider for original equipment manufacturers (OEM) in the Energy, Transportation, Consumer & Industrial, Aerospace & Defense and Technology vertical segments. Services is a full line C-Part distributor of fasteners and electrical, mechanical and fabricated products.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Connors held key leadership roles with General Electric, including Division President and General Manager GE Supply Logistics, General Manager Sales GE Transmission & Distribution and Region Sales Manager for GE’s Industrial Systems Automation, Technology & Services business. In addition, he held several field leadership roles as Branch Manager, Operations Manager and Sales leader with GE Supply during his 18 year career with General Electric.

Mr. Connors holds a B.S. degree in Political Science and a minor in Economics from Northeastern University.

Mark Daniel
Senior Vice President and General Manager
Rexel Automation

Mark Daniel is responsible for all sales and operations of the Rexel Automation business unit.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Daniel held key management roles within Rexel, Inc., including SVP & GM of Rexel, Inc., South East Division Sales President, Vice President Sales, and Rexel, Inc. North East Division President. He also served as Vice President New Business Development for IESC (now Rexel Holdings USA), with responsibility for the US acquisition strategy and implementation. He began his electrical distribution career in Cleveland Ohio in 1984 as a technical sales engineer for Sacks Electric Supply prior to their acquisition by Rexel in 1994.

Mr. Daniel holds a BSET from Cleveland State University and has served on various industry associations boards and committees.

John Gschwind
Vice President and General Counsel
John Gschwind is responsible for the Legal, Internal Audit, Risk Management (Insurance) and Real Estate operations of Rexel USA and all of its subsidiaries, domestic and overseas. As part of his duties, he also oversees all compliance and corporate governance activities of the business.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gschwind was a member of the GE Legal Staff, holding senior legal positions with GE Power Systems, GE Corporate, GE Supply and GE Consumer & Industrial (GE Supply and M&A).

Mr. Gschwind is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.B.A. Finance) and he obtained his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law. He has also completed an executive development program at the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Authorized House Counsel in the State of Connecticut.

Mr. Gschwind is a member of the Executive Advisory Committee for the Center for Ethics and Culture at the University of Notre Dame and serves as a member of the Advisory Board of St. Joseph High School in Trumbull, Connecticut.


Mark Testa
Vice President and CFO
Mark was appointed as the CFO for Rexel North America in July 2017. Mark has worked with Rexel since 2006 as the VP of Finance for Gexpro.

Previously, Mark worked with GE for 26 years in a variety of businesses. Mark’s executive roles with GE included roles with GE Industrial Systems as Finance Mgr. for the Components business, Global Manufacturing Finance Mgr and Global Financial Planning and Analysis Leader. In 2004, Mark was appointed as the CFO for GE Supply.

Mark has an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in International Management and an MBA from Bridgeport University in Finance.

Scott McLendon
SVP & CEO, Gexpro 
Scott joined Rexel in July 2016 as SVP and CEO of Gexpro. Scott’s previous work experience includes over 20 years on the manufacturing side of our industry and 10 years working in distribution. Most recently Scott was President of Allied Electronics (Fort Worth, TX) where he worked from 2007 until joining Gexpro in 2016. Prior to that he was VP and General Manager of the U.S. subsidiary of Phoenix Contact (Harrisburg, PA) where he was employed from 1996-2007. From 1986 to 1996 Scott held various sales and sales leadership roles with Siemens Energy & Automation (Denver, CO and San Diego, CA), Cooper Bussmann (Columbia, SC) and Honeywell (Charlotte, NC).

Scott earned a BS in Electrical Engineering (1985) and an MBA (1993) from the University of South Carolina. He and his wife Mandie have two children. Their son Patrick graduated from Texas A&M in 2015 where he played baseball for the Aggies. Their daughter Baliey is attending Colorado State and is scheduled to graduate in 2018. Scott resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth suburb of Southlake, TX.

Brian McNally
Executive Vice President & CEO
Rexel North America

After a 30-year career with Arrow Electronics, Brian McNally was named in July, 2014 as the Executive Vice President and CEO of Rexel North America.  He is responsible for all of Rexel’s businesses in the United States and Canada and is a member of the Rexel Executive Committee.

Mr. McNally joined Rexel in 2014 after retiring from Arrow Electronics as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Assets for the Global Components business. Prior to that, he served as President of Arrow Global Components Specialty Businesses.

Mr. McNally has held various leadership roles in North America and Europe. He served as President, Arrow Europe, Middle East and Africa, a role he began in 2008. In 2006, Mr. McNally became president of Global Alliance. In 2004, he became President of Arrow North American Components. In 2000, he was named Managing Director, Arrow Northern Europe base in the UK. He has also held the positions of Vice President, Strategic Sales; President, Arrow Alliance; and President, Arrow Contract Manufacturing Services.

Mr. McNally holds a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration in production operations from the University of Michigan, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. He serves on the Board of Directors of Huntington Hospital, a not-for-profit community hospital located in Huntington, New York. He also served on the Executive Committee and Board of the Electronic Components Industry Association, a not-for-profit association supporting electronic component makers and distributors, and was awarded the Gail S. Carter award, the association’s highest honor.

Scott Munro
President and General Manager
Rexel Energy Solutions

Scott Munro joined Rexel Holdings in 2012 as a result of Rexel’s acquisition of Munro Distributing Co Inc. He held various positions at Munro over his 30 year career. He is now responsible for Rexel Energy Solutions, a nationwide provider of lighting and energy solutions to the ESCO, (energy service contractor), market.
Mr. Munro holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

David Mullane
President, Capitol Light
National Accounts

David Mullane joined Capitol Light. in 1984 as an Assistant Manager in commercial lighting. From 1985 to 1989 he served as a Lighting Consultant meeting the design, layout and equipment needs of customers. Mr. Mullane was promoted to Commercial Lighting Manager in 1989, Vice President of National Accounts in 1992, and President/Principal of National Accounts in 2000. During his tenure, Mr. Mullane has led the growth of the National Accounts customer base from one national customer accounting for $2 million in sales to over 250 national brands with approximately $160 million in sales.

In addition to his responsibilities for all aspects of National Accounts customer service and support, Mr. Mullane is responsible for the continuous training and development of his team of employees and participating in planning the overall strategy of what is now known as just Capitol Light. a division of Rexel Holdings USA

David Mullane holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Central Connecticut University and the University of Bradford in Bradford, England.
